GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Grating

GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Gratings are polyester resin composite products produced with uninterrupted glass fiber reinforcement with high chemical and corrosion resistance and physical strength values, which are advantageous for use in industrial areas such as Industrial, Agricultural, Chemical and Water treatment plants. .   GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Gratings are produced by wrapping continuous glass fiber wicks in layers and systematically pouring special polyester resins in between. Thanks to the continuous one-piece glass fiber fibers inside the molded grid panel, it ensures that the Composite grid is durable in both directions. Thanks to its resin structure, it is highly corrosion resistant and resistant to impacts. It is not affected by chemicals, salt water, waste water. Their corrosion resistance is higher than that of metal gratings.   GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Gratings are produced in one piece and there are no mechanical parts connecting the channels, which allows the grating to withstand heavier loads.   GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Gratings can be used to create non-slip and non-reflective floor solutions, to make walkways and to create environmental limitation equipment such as fences and fences.

GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Ladder

GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Cage Sailor Ladder GRP Sailor ladders are produced by combining durable GRP Composite Pultrusion structural profiles to each other using stainless bolts and fasteners. It can be produced with or without backrest in accordance with OHS Standards. Thanks to the specially produced connection equipment and wall mounting feet, it can be connected to any floor suitable for your project. Serrated non-slip pipes are used in the step parts and do not pose a risk. It can be produced in the desired length and width according to your size. It is self-colored, does not fade, can be produced in the requested color. Wall connection legs can be prepared as GRP Composite, 304-316 Stainless, preferably by hand lay-up method. GRP Composite Sailor ladders are a suitable solution in water treatment plants, water tanks and ventilation plants. It does not rust, is lightweight and resistant to load.

GRP (GRP, FRP) Composite Pultrusion Profile

Pultrusion structural profiles have high corrosion resistance. It provides very high structural strength thanks to the glass fiber reinforcement that is continuously processed into it in its production. In addition to being lighter and more flexible than steel profiles of similar sizes, it provides equivalent levels of structural strength.   Usage Areas of Pultrusion Structure Profiles; • In environments where chemical and corrosive materials are present in the Agriculture and Chemical Industry, • In the construction of profiles, scaffolding platforms, railings, fences and stairs in the aviation, automotive and construction sectors, • In the Winter Sports and Tourism industries, in the construction of skis, ski supports, tents and huts in outdoor solutions, • It is preferred in the production of dielectric materials in electrical and electronic engineering because it does not block signals. It is also used in the production of transformers and electric motors. • In businesses that are in contact with fresh and salt water such as treatment plants, city aquariums, mussel and fish farms,   What can be done with GRP (GRP, FRP) Pultrusion Structure Profiles? Backrest, Non-Backrest Composite Sailor Ladder Composite Platform, Landing and Ladder Pipe and Box Type GRP Composite Railing Perimeter containment equipment such as Composite Fence and Barrier Composite Construction Scaffolding Cooling Tower Top Platform
